1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern use of Soloroot, operated by Blue Speck Ltd (company number 14084890, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ).
By using Soloroot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Soloroot is
Soloroot is an email service that lets you manage multiple email identities with an approval-based inbox. Incoming messages are held until explicitly approved. Email can be sent from Soloroot identities.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credentials must not be shared with others, and Soloroot must not be used to impersonate any person or organisation. Accurate information must be provided when signing up.
4. Acceptable use
Soloroot must not be used to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate any applicable law. The service must not be used to send content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated without notice.
5. Service availability
Soloroot is provided on a best-efforts basis. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or changes to the service may be carried out at any time.
6. Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how data is collected and used. By using Soloroot you agree to the practices described there. Data is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Speck Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of Soloroot, including loss of data. Total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
These terms may be modified at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
